DMCA Policy for Eggnog Ice Cream

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the Eggnog Ice Cream website or services was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must contain substantially the following information (please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) to confirm these requirements):

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
